Group 2 winning sprinter Sayif, by leading sire of two-year-olds Kheleyf, has arrived at Llety and is available for inspection prior to his first season in 2013.

He will also be available to view on 7th February, during the Newmarket February Sale, at Blue Diamond South Stud (Wilbraham Road, Six Mile Bottom)  a few miles from Tattersalls. There will be a courtesy car to take viewers to and from the sale.

When he won the Gr.2 Diadem Stakes at Ascot he defeated two Gr.1 Winners and during his racing career, when he was placed in the Gr.1 Middle Park Stakes, Gr.2 Vintake Stakes, Gr.2 Mill reef Stakes and Gr.2 July Stakes at two, he beat ten individual winners at the top level and 33 other Group winners.

Sayif, a 200,000 guinea yearling, who stands at £3,000 1st October, filly foal free return, is in fine fettle according to David Hodge:

"I am delighted he has arrived in such good condition, as I have had plenty of interest and quite a few bookings already. It undoubtedly helps that he is being so strongly supported, with really good mares, by Saleh Al-Homaizi and Imad Al Sagar, as well as by us; I think it has given people confidence."

He also reported plenty of interest in his other new stallion for 2013, Debussy (Diesis), who won the Gr.1 Arlington Million and two other Group races, and defeated no less than 19 Gr.1 winners, including Midday (Oasis Dream), Poet's Voice (Dubawi), etc.

Llety's other Sire Stimulation (Choisir), winner of the Gr.2 Challenge Stakes, has been well supported in his first two seasons at stud and this shows no signs of flagging. Hodge reasoned:

" the renewed success of Choisir has undoubtedly helped and that the like of Peter & Ross Doyle, and Emerald Bloodstock have bought foals by him."
