TWISTA HAS A BITE OF THE CHERRY

Tongue Twista, the cheekily named Stimulation filly, out of the Pursuit of Love mare Lady-Love, has now had two starts and shown such promise that her trainer Nick Littmoden is talking of the Group One Cheveley Park Stakes at Newmarket in September.
Category: General

The home bred grand-daughter of Choisir started her racing career in impressive style when staying on well over five furlongs to record a three-and-three-quarter length second in the Classs Two British Stallion Studs EBF Fillies' Conditions Stakes. Such a taking performance in fact that her trainer immediately decided to enter her into the Group Two Duchess of Cambridge Stakes (formerly the Cherry Hinton) at Newmarket's July meeting.

She broken well and traveled nicely to record a third on softer than ideal going over six furlongs of Newmarket's historic turf.

Her next traget is likely to be at a similar level as Littmoden as high hopes for the latest stakes graduate from Llety, as shown by her impressive entries for later in the the year.
